With more than 15 years at JPMorganChase and over 19 years of leadership experience, Dennis is passionate about building partnerships that strengthen communities, expand financial health, and create pathways to economic mobility. Throughout his career, Dennis has worked at the intersection of business, philanthropy, and community impact, connecting corporate resources with local needs through innovative collaborations. His work has advanced workforce development, small business growth, financial capability, digital inclusion, and nonprofit capacity building. He has partnered with government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and business leaders to launch programs that create lasting and measurable impact. Dennis is deeply committed to higher education and civic leadership. He serves as Vice Chair of the Long Beach Center for Economic Inclusion, where he helps guide initiatives focused on workforce development, food equity, digital inclusion, and economic advancement. He also serves on the Port of Long Beach's Community Grants Commission. In addition, he serves as California Chair of Membership for JPMorganChase's Adelante Business Resource Group, helping expand employee engagement and leadership opportunities across the state. Throughout his career, Dennis has been recognized for building meaningful partnerships across nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and the private sector. His work has helped launch innovative community programs, secure grant funding, and create sustainable collaborations that improve access to economic opportunity for underserved communities.
