If a request聽has been submitted asking for the president's attendance at an event and you have been notified that the president is able to attend:

• Please provide additional requested information about the event on the President Event Briefing Form [PDF].
• Submit the briefing no later than two weeks prior to the event to the Office of the President by emailing bgrayer@csudh.edu
