The IEEE Global Career Fair 2026 brings together job seekers, employers, industry leaders, IEEE members, students, and young professionals from around the world for a global virtual recruitment and career-development experience.

Taking place September 23-24, 2026, the event follows a follow-the-sun format, creating opportunities for participants across the Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Latin America, Canada, and the United States to participate during their respective time zones.

Throughout the 24+ hour experience, participants will be able to:

Meet recruiters and hiring organizations through interactive virtual employer booths.
Explore internships, graduate opportunities, and experienced professional roles across engineering, technology, computing, energy, AI, semiconductors, communications, manufacturing, aerospace, and other sectors.

猸愶笍 IBM SkillsBuild AI Experiential Learning Lab (AI ELL) Fall 2026 Cohort

Program Dates: September 17-November 22, 2026

Registration Dates: July 27-September 4, 2026

This 10-week virtual, instructor-led industry immersion experience helps students develop in-demand AI skills, earn industry-recognized credentials, and build portfolio-ready projects that stand out to employers.

Students can earn up to three industry credentials: Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, Making Agentic AI Work for You, and IBM SkillsBuild Experiential Learning Lab Credential. Students who complete the program will be invited to an exclusive virtual career fair with IBM and IBM client recruiting teams, such as Truist, Bank of America, Adobe, and Intuitive, in November.
