New Web Content Management System (WCMS) 2026
Modern Campus CMS Transition
CSUDH is transitioning from our current web content management system, CM1, to Modern Campus CMS, the university's new platform for managing and updating csudh.edu web content. For most campus web content creators, this is a change in how you complete familiar tasks, not a new set of responsibilities. You will continue to update pages, links, images, and other content, in a newer platform with updated tools.
Timeline at a Glance
- Design and development of the new csudh.edu: complete.
- Site migration and review: under way through fall 2026.
- Training for campus web content creators: September 7 through October 9, 2026.
- Content cleanup in Modern Campus and final preparation: October through December 2026.
- New site launch: planned for January 2027.
- All dates are subject to change.
Training
Training is self paced and takes only a few hours in total, spread over a five week window at whatever pace works for you. It covers the everyday tasks: logging in, editing pages, adding links, working with images, creating pages, and publishing, with accessibility built in throughout. Watch your email in early September for your access information and the training guide.
