Applications to the CSUDH OT Programs must be completed online at .

• When applying to the MSOT Program -- choose SPRING TERM in Cal State Apply -- otherwise, you will not find the CSUDH MSOT Occupational Therapy application.

• When applying to the OTD Program -- choose SUMMER TERM in Cal State Apply -- otherwise, you will not find the CSUDH OTD Occupational Therapy application.
