- Preparing for a Degree in Theatre and/or Dance:聽We strongly suggests that students wishing to major in theatre arts be able to deal effectively with the English language. In addition, students should have a strong background in vocal skills and basic movement capabilities. Students are urged to take courses in speech, diction, dance, yoga, Pilates, fencing, any physical activity is helpful. Awareness and development of the human body and voice are equally as important as the development of the human mind. The theatre affects and makes use of the whole person.
- The Theatre and Dance Production Handbook:聽When students participate in our production program, they enroll in THE 346: Theatre Workshop, where they are expected to follow the directions outlined in our Production Handbook [PDF].These guidelines are meant to help students learn production skills while working on our shows.
