Winter Session

The College of Continuing and Professional Education offers university courses between the Fall and Spring semesters. Enrollment is open to CSUDH students, students from other colleges and universities, and any adults 18 years or older as long as they meet course prerequisites. Formal application or transcripts are not required for Winter Session.

Earning college credit during the holiday break is a great use of your time and gets you closer to your degree!

Registration starts October 21, 2025 and ends December 22, 2025.

To register:

  • If you are NOT a CSUDH student, call 310-243-3741 (Option 1) during business hours
  • If you are CSUDH student, register via the student portal:听
  • If you are CSUDH student and are having problems registering on the portal, call 310-243-3741 (Option 1) during business hours for assistance.

Courses & schedule subject to change 鈥� check back often! If you don't see a class you would like to take,听email us!

Step 2 鈥� Complete Max Unit Form:听

OPTIONAL: If you plan to take more than 4 units, complete the听Permission Form to Exceed Maximum Units Allowed [PDF].

Once you have filled out the Permission to Exceed Maximum Units Allowed form and obtained the necessary signatures, email the form to ceereg@csudh.edu, and then follow up with the CCPE Registration Office by phone at 310-243-3741 (Option 1) during business hours to register in your classes.
