The following guidelines, policies, forms, and workshops related to the Reappointment, Tenure, and Promotion (RTP) review are available to assist both the candidate and reviewer with the RTP process, which is managed through an electronic system called Interfolio. Please note that hard copies of Working Personnel Action File (WPAF) materials will NOT be accepted.

Extensions of the Probationary Period

Faculty unit employees may be eligible for an extension of the probationary period under the provisions of Article 13 of the Unit 3 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Eligible faculty seeking an extension of their probationary period under Article 13.8 should complete the form below and submit it according to the instructions provided. 听

Faculty on non-academic leave, without an approved probationary period extension, may be expected to submit a file for RTP evaluation.

    All RTP Reviewers (Departments, Chairs, Coordinators, and Deans) are encouraged to attend a virtual workshop for your College/Unit. Sessions will provide Interfolio guidance and address questions about the review and submission process.
