Dental Insurance Plans

The CSU offers two dental plans, the insurance premium is employer-paid. Employees may choose from the following plans.

  1. Delta Dental PPO (basic and enhanced) coverage level is determined by job classification. Group Number: 04018 (enhanced) and 04918 (basic)
  2. Delta Care USA (basic and enhanced) coverage level is determined by job classification. Group Number 2M77 (enhanced) and 2M73 (basic)
