Dispute Resolution Certificates of Completion: FAQs

As an admitted NCRP-MA Program student, do I need permission to also work on a Dispute Resolution Certificate?

If you are admitted to CSUDH’s Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution & Peacebuilding (NCRP), you can earn these certificates alongside your graduate coursework. No department consent is required—just register for the corresponding elective courses to begin a certificate track.

Can I complete more than one Dispute Resolution Certificate?

Many students complete more than one certificate, which offer additional recognition of specialized knowledge in a particular discipline. As you complete courses, you’ll automatically receive digital badges, and once you finish a full track, you’ll be awarded the certificate. These credentials can be added to your resume, LinkedIn profile, or professional portfolio to highlight your expertise.

When do the courses begin?
