The Health, Wellness & Recreation Center (HWRC) offers a variety of reservable spaces to support campus programs, meetings, events, and recreational activities. Select spaces within the facility are available for reservation by eligible university departments, registered student organizations, and other approved groups.
Whether you're planning a meeting, hosting a special event, reserving a recreation space, or gathering your group, the HWRC provides flexible spaces designed to foster connection, collaboration, and well-being.
Reservation eligibility, available spaces, fees (if applicable), and scheduling guidelines vary by facility and user group. Additional information about the reservation process, policies, and request procedures will be available soon.

*Student organization reservations are free as long as the participants in the group are 75% or more current students/staff/fac. If the reservation is less than 75% current students/staff/fac, then the student organization will need to pay the 鈥淓mployee鈥� rate for the entire rental.
