Memberships

The Health, Wellness & Recreation Center (HWRC) is committed to fostering a healthy, active, and connected campus community by providing access to exceptional recreation and wellness opportunities. Whether you're looking to work out, participate in programs, connect with others, or simply recharge, an HWRC membership opens the door to a wide range of facilities, services, and experiences designed to support your well-being.

Membership eligibility and access vary by affiliation with the university. CSUDH tuition dependent students who are actively enrolled in classes for the current semester have an automatic membership. Students with an active HWRC membership enjoy access to the facility and many programs as part of their membership, while faculty, staff, alumni, affiliates, and community members may purchase membership options based on their eligibility.

Check-In Procedures

All members must scan in using a Toro ID card, government issued photo ID card, or can use the FusionGo app. The preferred method for quick entry is via the FusionGO App as that app is compatible with the turnstile self scanners.
